RCA Trademark Management recently learned that certain purchasers of RCA televisions in the United States have made warranty claims that are not being addressed by the warranty service provider, Activeon. RCA Trademark Management is in the process of selecting a replacement warranty service provider and hopes to be able to announce that selection shortly. If you have been unable to get your request fulfilled on a warranty claim, please send us the following information, and once a new warranty service provider is selected, the information will be provided to that company.
